Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
Wixmix (“the Company”) warrants all products sold to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three month from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Warranty Coverage
During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises in the product and you notify the Company within 30 days of discovering the defect, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or provide a refund, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.
Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage caused by accident, fire, flood, or other acts of nature.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at warranty@localhost with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. The Company may require you to return the defective product for inspection.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described herein. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this warranty.
Governing Law
This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
